Refund & Returns

Everdream Studio is committed to providing quality products and services. This policy outlines the refund and return process for digital products, physical items, and custom work.

1. Digital Products (E-books, Illustrations, & Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

There is a technical issue preventing access.
The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.

Examples of non-defective variations may include slight shifts in alignment, color differences, or subtle binding pressure marks—common in print-on-demand manufacturing and within industry tolerance.

3. Custom Work & Commissions

Payments for commissioned artwork or custom services are non-refundable once work has begun.

“Begun” is defined as any point after reference materials are received, planning has commenced, or the creator has confirmed scope and direction with the client.

If an issue arises during the project, we encourage open communication before the final product is delivered so we can collaborate toward a fair resolution.

If you purchased an Everdream Studio product through a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo), their refund and return policies apply. We do not process refunds for purchases made outside our website.
